The Walk to Defeat ALS® is The ALS Association’s national signature event.  It is a great opportunity for family and friends to walk in honor or in memory of our patients.  You can form a Walk Team or walk as an Individual and raise money to support Chapter programs and nationally directed research.

Currently, The ALS Association - Jim "Catfish" Hunter Chapter hosts 8 Walk events across North Carolina that are growing at a rapid rate — all due to the enthusiasm and dedication of our teams, walkers and sponsors. For information about this season’s Walk events and to register, visit our Walk to Defeat ALS® web page.
