By regularly contributing a small amount you can make a big difference, without leaving a big hole in your bank account. It also enables us to plan ahead and commit to do more!

If you are ready to committ to giving throughout the year, then choose the double, homerun or grand slam donation options below.

Examples:

A Grand Slam at $21/month will pay for one Transportation grant ($250)
A Grand Slam at $42/month will pay for one Respite Care grant ($500)
A Grand Slam at $167/month will pay for one Communication grant ($2,000)
