Workplace Giving is an easy way to support The ALS Association - Jim "Catfish" Hunter Chapter. Your gift funds patient service programs in North Carolina and over 100 research projects throughout the world. Giving at work through payroll deductions is simple and there are many convenient ways to contribute.

Contributing through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)

As a member of Community Health Charities (CHC), we are one of the voluntary health agencies participating in the CFC. Federal government employees are encouraged to participate in the CFC and may designate The ALS Association - Jim "Catfish" Hunter Chapter by writing our code on the Workplace Giving Form.

Designating Your Gift through the Private Sector

Is your company part of the CHC's Private Sector Campaign? If so, you too can make a gift through payroll deduction. See a representative from your Human Resources Department for more information.

State employees: Donate through the State Employees Combined Campaign. Just enter our code (1031)Download the form here.

Triangle United Way: If your company participates in the Triangle United Way Campaign, you can designate your contribution to The ALS Association - Jim "Catfish" Hunter Chapter. All you need to do to is designate your pledge through United Way's Donor Choice Program by following these simple instructions:

  1. Follow the instructions on your pledge card and locate our organization's designation information in your materials or
  2. Write The ALS Association - Jim "Cafish" Hunter Chapter, 120-101 Penmarc Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603 on your pledge card

All Other United Way Areas:

  1. Write The ALS Association - Jim "Cafish" Hunter Chapter, 120-101 Penmarc Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603 on your pledge card

Double or Triple The Impact of Your Gift with Matching Gifts

If your employer offers a matching gifts program you can double your gift to The ALS Association - Jim "Catfish" Hunter Chapter.

Check with your Human Resources Department to see if you have a Matching Gifts Program. If you do, you will be given a form to complete or be asked to enter your gift in the online system. Completed forms should be sent to: The ALS Association, 120-101 Penmarc Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603 or faxed to: 919.755.0910.  You can also check here to see if your company offers a matching gifts program.

 

Federal employees: Donate through the Federal Combined Campaign. Just enter our code (47633).

Private Company employees: Donate through Community Health Charities. Just look for us under Community Health Charities in your Employee Designation Handbook. It's that easy!

Municipal or County Employees: Look us up through your workplace giving handbook (codes change).
